We wanted to have another sports car based samurai that would be great to the series and what better brand to have an inspiration for than porsche. At first as we were talking about it, i pictured the character as a male combatant that move smoothly and fluidly along the battlefield like its sports car inspiration. But the twist of making her a woman is too enticing to pass up!

*Aurimahra (R E Ma Rah)
*Tsukikage (moon shadow)
*Shirotsuki (white moon)
*Amai Shikyo (sweet death)
Dunno if it's too late, and it's probably cheesy, but how about naming her Yuki Onna, after the Japanese spirit? Here's a little diddy from a site I enjoy about japanese demons called The Obakemono Project ( [link] ).
"When the snow is falling heavily, those unlucky enough to be caught outside are in danger of an encounter with the dreaded snow woman. She comes dressed all in white, with skin so pale it is almost transparent, and she is frightfully tall, sometimes as much as ten feet or so. Sometimes her kimono has red on it, and her footprints are said to be spotted with the blood of her victims."
Hahaha, go rave! re-work that piccer!
*hovers over desk eating popcorn*
Interesting boob job there... honestly, they're... too circular as opposed to round.
Can I have a go at femm-inising her? My problem is I can't draw males no matter what ><
I decided I like this charrie
Can we call her Shirotsuki?
Or something with shiro in it because she's so white-themed.
Ah, I just noticed. Rave, you should work on your hair colouring a bit. It isn't bad, but it lacks.... personality I think. And flow. Her hair looks a bit just like another piece of cloth, the front part I mean. Or something metal-ly.
I'm not sure I can explain this with words.
Maybe playing with shadows and smudges a little bit would help?
You don't need to change thsi dev, though, just try it somewhere else when you feel like it.
i did try it already and most of the stuff i learned from DA like colored outlines are implemented here and on hatemi. But the thing is i started with Oburu like this, with little shine and shadows, so i don't want to deviate from that! Like what you see in my comic entry for endling's contest, i can do far better shading and fading for our samurais but it would look too different from what i have started from Oburu.
